All orders are shipped out within 1 business day from the order date. Delivery times are dependent on the shipping address but it usually takes between 3-5 business days for delivery in the USA.

You'll receive a track and trace link via email so you can check your order status any time you want!

Please note that shipping costs are not included, however, the price for a standard delivery service is $3.95.

When do I return my copy?

We strongly believe in the power of our products, that's why if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can let us know within 30 days via hello@vertellis.com. The 30 days period starts from the day you've received your order.

How do I send a return?

Let us know within 30 days after having received your order whether you want to return the products or replace them if you've received them damaged. You can do this by sending us an email at: hello@vertellis.com Please make sure you include your order number in your email.

When possible, the game should be returned in its original packaging.

Shipping costs return

When you return any of our products you will be responsible for all the costs associated with the return.

Refund

When the above requirements have been met and the product(s) has been received in an “as new” condition we will refund you the purchase price.

Items excluded for a refund

Any items that have been personalized for the customer are not eligible for a refund.
